The RaveOLution 309 (1997) is a stand alone groove box that has taken the techno world by storm. Very popular among DJ's for live performance and interaction with the audience! It is used by Apollo 440 and KMFDM.
We're not sure how long the human body can physically sing a note for. We just tried to time ourselves but the noise was attracting foxes. But Morten Harket of A-Ha took it a whole two seconds longer, with a 20.3 seconds wail during their 2000 comeback single "Summer Moved On."

Crumar is an Italian company which manufactured synthesizer keyboards in the 70s and 80s. The Crumar Orchestrator is an analog synth from 1974, that is very limited in what it can do, but what it does it does very well. It is polyphonic, and built like a tank. It has been used by Autechre, Aphex Twin, and Peter Frampton.
