Warren Gamaliel Harding (1865-1923) was the 29th President of the United States, serving from 1921 until his death from a heart attack 1923. Prior to the Nixon administration, the Harding scandals were the most infamous of the twentieth century. Harding is consistently judged a failure, ranking dead last among his peers.
