He played a prominent role in the KWP propaganda machine; mass media, literature, and art. He used popular culture to broaden his public image.

Celebrities call 911 when they need help just like anyone else. Or when there drunk like in the case of Lindsay Lohan who effectivly turned herself in for driving under the influence. Some calls are sad since they are the loved ones or the attendees of a celebrity death and they end up calling in.

Charles Manson, who is now 74, remains incarcerated at Corcoran State Prison in California in spite of his numerous attempts at winning parole. He and his co-defendants were spared execution after capital punishment was briefly taken off the books in America before being reinstated by the Supreme Court in 1976.
